Following the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) by the World Association for Cooperative Education (WACE) and Suranaree University of Technology (SUT) at the February 2012 International Colloquium for WACE Global Partners at Nyenrode Business Universiteit in the Netherlands, making the WACE International Satellite Office at SUT officially effective on February 12th, 2012.  This establishment of WACE-ISO@SUT is on a mission to represent and help achieve WACE missions in Asia and the Pacific Region through its four principal roles as followed.

Principal Roles

1. To provide advice on cooperative and work-integrated education activities, projects, and programmes to the ISO
2. To provide advice on cooperative and work-integrated education collaborations among WACE, WACE ISO, education institutions, workplaces and other concerned organizations for sustainable partnership
3. To provide advice on international cooperative education provision in the Asia and the Pacific region
4. To consider matters relating to cooperative and work-integrated education from WACE or WACE ISO
